From October 25th to 27th 2023, the consortium of the Erasmus+ project 'Symbiosis between the industry's competence needs, educational offers and students' VET educational choices' (short: Symbiosis) met in Bergen, Norway, for its first transnational partnership meeting.
Over the course of three days, the project partners engaged in lively discussions on fundamental organizational questions that included the aspects of objectives ('What do we want to achieve by implementing the project?'), implementation ('What activities are we going to implement?') and results ('What project results and other outcomes do we expect our project to have?'). Discussing these important questions helped the team to developed a common vision that is based on shared regional needs.
No less important was the fact that the partners were able to grow together as a team by means of group activities and social dinners. In total, the meeting in Bergen was perceived by all as a successful project kick-off!
