Strengthening the symbiotic relationship between industry's competence needs, educational opportunities and students' VET educational choices

Strong connections are needed to face new challenges

In a time of radical changes, it is perhaps more important than ever to demonstrate optimism and vision, particularly for the benefit of young people and future generations. Structured cooperation and a focus on maximizing symbiosis between the industrial sector's competence needs, VET educational offerings and students' informed and conscious education and career choices strengthens an ecosystem for all. The Shift Skills Competence Programme will make it possible for students to study and work locally and, at the same time, enable the industrial sector to access the skills and talent they need, right in their own communities. This digital competence program provides a practical guideline for collaboration, across stakeholders.
